Subscription and payment terms

This Refund Policy is provided by Howdoicomputer, LLC, referred to here as "Loved AI," "we," "our," or "us."

Thank you for using our Services. We want to make sure you have a positive experience while exploring our products and services. Please take a moment to read our Refund Policy to understand the terms regarding any form of transaction you make with us.

1. Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products and Services. If you experience a defect or a service that is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase at [email protected]. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a credit, replacement, rectification of the service provided, or a refund. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and we aim to resolve all requests within 7 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
  • Unused Love Tokens from the current period remain spendable until the period ends.
  • Unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EEA, UK, and Swiss Users)

Loved AI is currently US-only and does not offer the Services to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If we expand to those regions in the future, the following will apply:

Consumers residing in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent local laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., by email to [email protected]) before the 14-day period expires. Upon receiving a valid withdrawal request, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please note that by using the Services immediately after purchase and expressly consenting to the performance of the digital service before the withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content or service has been fully provided.

4. Cryptocurrency Purchases

Loved AI does not currently accept cryptocurrency as a payment method. All payments are processed via Stripe. If we add cryptocurrency support in the future, all such payments will be final and non-refundable due to the irreversibility of blockchain transactions, except where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation, and forfeiture of any unused Love Tokens on the account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be fraudulent or unwarranted.
