Prohibited Content Policy

This Prohibited Content Policy is provided by Howdoicomputer, LLC, referred to here as "Loved AI," "we," "our," or "us."

At Loved AI, we are committed to providing a secure, respectful, and lawful online environment for all users. The following categories of content are strictly forbidden on the platform. Additional prohibited uses are outlined in our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content

This policy is applicable to all content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and any other AI-generated content created on our platform.

• Illegal Content. Content that contravenes local, national, or international laws and regulations is strictly prohibited. This includes content associated with illegal drugs, weapons, violence, or activities that advocate or endorse illegal actions.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination. We do not tolerate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Violence and Harm. Content that encourages, glorifies, or promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others is strictly prohibited. This includes content that endorses suicide, terrorism, or any form of harm.
• Child Exploitation. We unequivocally disallow content that exploits or poses a danger to minors, including but not limited to child pornography, sexual exploitation, or any form of harm or harassment towards minors.
• Content Resembling Minors. It is strictly prohibited to generate AI content resembling minors. We are committed to ensuring that AI-generated content on our platform does not bear any resemblance to minors or exploit their likeness. Any attempt to generate AI content resembling minors will be promptly reviewed and removed according to our Content Moderation procedures, and confirmed cases are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by federal law.
• Infringement on Privacy and Copyright. Any content that infringes upon the privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of individuals or entities is not permitted. This includes sharing personal information without consent, pirated content, or any unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
• Impersonation and Celebrity Content. Deceptive or harmful impersonation of real individuals, public figures, or celebrities is prohibited. This encompasses any misleading attempts to impersonate or misrepresent others. Generating sexual or explicit content depicting real, identifiable people without their documented consent is prohibited under the TAKE IT DOWN Act and applicable state deepfake laws.
• Gore or Bestiality. Any content depicting gore or bestiality is strictly prohibited.
• Human Trafficking. Content that promotes or constitutes any form of human trafficking is strictly prohibited.
• Racism, Bigotry, and Physical Harm. Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual is prohibited.
• Circumvention of Security Features. Content that circumvents or conveys information on how to bypass moderation controls or any other security features is prohibited.
• Necrophilic Content. Necrophilic themes and scenarios are strictly prohibited.
• Incest. Content depicting or promoting non-fictional incest is strictly prohibited. (Adult-fictional step-relative roleplay between consenting adult characters is permitted within the scope of the Content Moderation Policy.)
• Content Resembling Real Individuals. Content designed to resemble real individuals without their consent is prohibited.

2. Content Responsibility

You, as a user of the Website, are solely responsible for the output generated by the AI Companions through text messages, images, and other Generations. The AI Companions learn and respond based on the conversations you lead and the parameters you select. You understand and agree that Loved AI does not control or endorse the content generated by the AI Companions. Therefore, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the output generated by the AI and for your own actions while using the Services. You must ensure that your interactions with the AI Companions comply with applicable laws, regulations, our Terms and Policies — in particular this Prohibited Content Policy — and you shall not engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities through the Services.

3. Content Moderation

While conversations between users and AI Companions are generally confidential, we have implemented multi-layer content moderation:

• Pre-LLM input filter. Hard-floor keyword and regex checks on every
• user message before it reaches the model. Hits the floor → blocked,
• no model roundtrip, audit log entry written.
• Post-LLM output filter. Llama Guard 3 classifier on every
• Generation. Hits a category → message is flagged or rewritten.
• Pre-image-gen prompt filter. Same hard-floor keyword/regex checks
• before any image is requested from the generation pipeline.
• Post-image-gen classifier. Hive AI / Llama Guard Vision on every
• generated image. Confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC.

In the event that the moderation system detects any content that violates our Terms, we reserve the right to manually review the flagged content and take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user's account. We strive to strike a balance between privacy and community standards, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our guidelines.

4. Content Removal and Account Suspension

Violations of this Prohibited Content Policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action as appropriate. Hard-floor violations (CSAM, real-person sexual deepfakes, bestiality) result in immediate, irreversible account termination and forfeiture of any unused Love Tokens or paid balance.

5. Termination

We have the right to suspend or terminate the use of the Services by anyone engaged in suspected infringement described above. Where required by law, we will additionally report violations to law enforcement and relevant authorities including NCMEC.
