All content accessible on getloved.ai (the "Website") is generated exclusively through artificial intelligence technology, allowing users to create and interact with AI-generated characters. It is important to note that any similarity to an actual person is unintentional and purely coincidental.

We commit to resolving complaints and a response will be provided on these requests within 5 business days or sooner. In the event there is evidence of illegal or non-compliant content, the content will be removed immediately.

1. Unintentional Resemblance to Actual Persons

Despite the AI-generated nature of the content on the Website, we acknowledge that there might be instances where the generated content unintentionally resembles actual persons. Recognizing the concerns that may arise in such situations, we are dedicated to promptly addressing them.

This verification process is implemented to responsibly handle requests and safeguard the rights and interests of all users.

Acceptable verification typically includes one of:

• A government-issued ID matching the name in the request, with sensitive details redacted.
• For requests on behalf of another person: written authorization signed by the depicted individual, plus your own ID.
• For deceased persons: documentation establishing your authority to act on the estate's behalf.

Verification documents are used for the request only and are deleted after processing.

4. Content Removal

Upon verification and confirmation of a valid content removal request, the specified content will be removed in a timely manner from the Website. Our goal is to complete this process promptly while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

For removals under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (federal — covers non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes), we will action the request within 48 hours of verification.
