This Content Moderation Policy is provided by Howdoicomputer, LLC, referred to here as "Loved AI," "we," "our," or "us."

At Loved AI, we are committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and creative environment for all users of getloved.ai (the "Website"). This Content Moderation Policy outlines how we monitor, restrict, and respond to content that violates our community standards or legal obligations.

All interactions on the platform involve AI-generated characters and media. While we support a wide range of creative expression — including explicit adult content between consenting adult characters — we do not tolerate misuse of the Services to create or share harmful, illegal, or exploitative content.

1. Scope of Moderation

This policy applies to:

• AI-generated messages, images, and other outputs
• Prompts submitted by users
• Metadata (e.g., character names, descriptions, custom personas)
• Usernames and profile content
• Any behavior or actions conducted through the platform

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to generate, promote, or simulate any of the following:

• Real-world harm or violence, including sexual violence
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including implied depictions
• Non-consensual impersonation or harassment of real individuals (TAKE IT DOWN Act)
• Hate speech or extremist content
• Self-harm or suicide promotion
• Fraud, scams, or illegal financial activity
• Fully automated decision-making that affects legal rights

Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice, and accounts may be suspended or terminated. The full list of prohibited categories is in our Prohibited Content Policy.

3. Moderation Methods

We use a combination of:

• Automated tools and filters to detect violations in real time
• Human review for public content, flagged content, reported characters, or edge cases
• Proactive audits of trending prompts, tags, and character activity
• Rate limits and filters to restrict prompt patterns known to lead to violations

We continuously update our filters and moderation systems based on new risk patterns and user behavior.

4. Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates this policy, you can report it using the report button on the offending message or character, or by emailing [email protected]. Reports are reviewed within 7 business days or sooner — most are reviewed within 24 hours. We may follow up for clarification or evidence before taking action.

Hard-floor reports (suspected CSAM, non-consensual deepfakes of real people, credible threats) are escalated immediately and reviewed within 24 hours.

5. Account Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

• Remove content or characters
• Issue warnings or require prompt edits
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently ban an account, with forfeiture of unused Love Tokens and paid balance
• Escalate to law enforcement where required (mandatory for CSAM under federal law)

Appeals for moderation decisions may be submitted via [email protected] and will be reviewed by a member of our trust & safety team. Hard-floor bans (CSAM, real-person sexual deepfakes, bestiality) are not subject to appeal.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their prompts and for any content generated through their interaction with the platform. Attempting to circumvent moderation systems — including via prompt injection, character configuration designed to bypass filters, or coordinated probing for filter weaknesses — is a violation of our Terms and may result in termination of access.

We are committed to improving our moderation processes through:

• Ongoing audits and system refinements
• Collaborations with safety experts and legal advisors
• Transparent communication with users around major enforcement actions
